This month proved that you dont necessary need a passport to have fun. Yes, my passport officially expired 2 days back and of course I couldn’t travel overseas…but local travel over the weekend was just as fun. KK was tiring..mainly due to the wedding and being family…it’s expected that it’ll be hectic…but Langkawi was a blast…definitely not better than phuket but awesome in its own way.

It’s not easy for me to get a weekend off ever since my mom’s condition got worst, but a short trip with the gang is of course guaranteed fun =)

Of course it wouldn’t have been fun without the great participation of everyone from everywhere, crossing the ocean, putting their husbands, baby’s, Gf’s aside and maybe even bringing their BF along for this special weekend that made this trip all so memorable.

And of course not forgetting Nicole for all the wonderful pictures that will be kept in private on facebook for a long long time that we hope will still be there 10 years from now where we’ll look at our silly antics and laugh at ourselves for many many more years to come. Cheers to Soulmate!

Got free passes for MTV worldstage yesterday night courtesy of Lydia who was kind enough to give me 2 tickets to the show. I brought Sam along as she knew Lydia and I knew she would like the acts attending. If I had more tickets, perhaps more people could have joined.

Next is something I will always remember and regret for being blur. Me & Sam was walking out from the Hotel car park and saw a bunch of caucasians(who I thought was perhaps dancers for some act for the MTV event).They were good looking and one of the girls in the entourage caught my eye…she was pretty and as we were passing her both herself and myself were looking at each other,it was then i saw a tag around her neck and decided to perhaps look what was written on it.Then the word artist was written on it.

As we passed them by, it didnt strike me that she was Katy Perry as I wasnt very good at recognising ppl.So I caught up with Sam who was a few steps ahead and asked her, was the girl we just passed by Katy Perry? Then we looked at each other and realised…shit it is Katy Perry & we freaking missed a perfectly good opportunity for a photo moment.HAIZ….this is like gonna haunt me for sometime.

Back to the event, it took us an hour in line to get in and it was drizzling throughout the event.When we finally reach ground zero, Wonder Girls just started performing…so it was good we missed the whole bunkface gig in the heavier rain then.We didnt head to the moshpit area as it was wet and we would have to get our shoes and thread through water to get to the stage area…so we just freaking stayed at the sand area the whole entire time watching the big screen as well as seeing a 2/3 view of the stage.

Wonder girls were awesome & hot as always…the rain didnt dampen our spirit but Tokio Hotels next songs (yes it’s like they sang their whole freaking album there) after waiting for them to come out for like 15 minutes was a little too much for me. The wait inbetween acts were tiresome but I think the rain caused the problems so its just part an parcel.Katy Perry came out half hour after tokio’s act but she brought the roof down.

Her new song Peacock will be on my playlist and her liven rendition of thinking of you was great! The part when they released the inflatable balls to the moshpit was hillarious…Katy was like a ball magnet..the camera’s only got balls instead of her but she climbed up the skafolds on the stage while she was singing…damn cool!

For encore, we had Wonder Girls doing the nobody for the second time for the day at about 1am..Yes..I stayed till almost 1.30am to watch them in their glittery gold dresses once more…great way to end the show.Took the risk and taped some of the performances there, but visuals arent that good. Pics were horrible but I think the video was satisfactory. Overall a great night even when we’re Hot Wet and we’re cold =)

Back to today, the rain was pouring and water was overflowing from the drains. Mind you…SS2 never floods….the most is water ankle deep that would subside into the drains. Today…the rain water overflows from the drains to the road. I think I wasted quite some petrol moving through the water…just glad no water came through the door into the floor board but the rain made it hard to differentiate between whats road, grass or drain. here’s some pictures…..exposure looks pretty bad , mind you I was driving, but you should be able to make it out with my narration and if u travel along SS2. Yes…time to get a better phone.

My mom thought I would have been a cop since I enjoyed showing some self DIY-ed ID and telling any visitors in my house that “I’m CID”. Imagine me in diapers saying that with my pacifier in my mouth….too much TVB already >.<

When I was 5 or 6, I had the dream of being a radio DJ. It’s funny how I’d record myself introducing the songs and recording them into the cassette tapes my mom gave me to record over. I think my mom still keeps one or two of these tapes somewhere in the store room…I think I had like 5 or 6 cassettes worth of childish yammering…LOL

Then when I was in primary school, my parents and myself would have the weekend of family time watching TV3’s majalah 3. So there comes my second ambition of being a reporter…I even thought about taking up Mass comm for that…but then thinking deeper, I knew I was’t very suitable for that line.

As I grew older these dreams and aspirations fade with time. I didnt have any idea on what I wanted to be upon graduation. And so, I took up IT which was just because I spend alot of my time on the computer and now I’m in a totally diferent line of job. I believe no matter what task you can throw me, I’ll attempt and challenge myself to it…I do hope this is whats keeping me going through the many more years to come =)

1.先找個鬧鐘，計時10分鐘。 First get a clock and set a 10 minute times.

2.在這10分鐘內，全心全意的投入于你必須要做的事，不能分心。Within the 10 minutes, give full attention to what you would like to do and don’t get distracted.

3.10分鐘后，停止手上的工作，休息2分鐘，做任何你想做的事。After 10 minutes, stop the task at hand and rest 2 minutes by doing things you like to do.

4.休息后，再次投入于工作中。After resting, get back to the task on hand.

5.重複以上步驟5次。repeat the steps for 5 times.
