Fickle By Nature

I remembered the very first day I moved into my dorm, there was this Cheerleader in my room. She was a petite little girl , huge eyes with a cheerful smile reaching out her hand to introduce herself to me…..thus began my first found friend in my uni life who contributed to making uni life bearable.

Having to share my room with others was a learning progress for me, she help make it easier by keeping our own space to ourselves. She didnt freak out knowing that I wrote names on all my belongings and kept my cupboard locked all times. She is still the only person whom I shared a room with for more than 2 weeks straight and have not gone crazy.

She made me feel like an equal even though I was 4 years her senior. She never once got mad at me for looping the same stefanie or Tanya song for days and sometimes sang along to it. She likes the colour orange too and is a seasoned red wine drinker who enjoys a cup or two of my staple Bacardi Limon with me in my final year.

Today, this woman turns legal but not blonde! She can now legally and officially add Gambling into her vocabulary =)
