Fickle By Nature

Somehow, 26 doesn’t feel much different from 25. I believe the only different is mentality deep….I hope. Physically I think it’s still alright la. I’m glad that after 25 years I still have that few interesting characters around me since i was much younger who are there to celebrate my birthday with me.

You know you’re no longer young when you start saying…hey, I know you since form 4….then you go back and reflect………I was form 4 in 2000……….then reality hits you…..SHIT! you’ve known them for 10 years…..and even cooler…..I’ve got a bunch of 25/26 year olds (I’ve known for *gasp* 15 years) singing Happy Birthday in the busy/crowded cafe singing Happy Birthday to me with a cute cupcake and ‘1′ candle. How sweet.

So to everyone who made an effort to make my birthday special…….thank you very much from the bottom of my heart. It is never the gifts, wishes, cakes , food or drinks that made it great….it was your (yes everyone of you) presence that made it all so special =)

And now…time to get back to work .Will continue to reflect and remind myself that I am officially 26 and its 4 more years before that interesting big 30 happens. Anyway….after all…..it’s just a number. Just numbers with more pressure…sigh!

p/s: I am bored of being the last to see the pictures, I demand to have a copy of the pictures before it appears on Facebook for the whole world to see…..way before me >.<
